What to expect from the first call

You will speak to one of the engineering team directly, not a call centre. We will ask about the site, the buyer (insurance-led, compliance-led, operational), and any existing systems. If we are not the right installer for what you need — for example if your insurer requires NSI certification today — we will say so on the first call rather than waste your survey slot.

The site walk

Free, no commitment, typically forty-five minutes on a small commercial site. We measure cable runs, photograph mounting points, agree camera angles or door coverage, and take any access notes. Larger multi-site or industrial premises take longer. The survey output goes straight into the quote so the price you see is the price you pay, not a starting figure.
